Ruger's SP101 is a great little gun that really packs a punch especially in .357 magnum caliber. The factory rubber grip does a great job managing the recoil of magnum loads in such a small package but the black plastic panels lack personality.     I am about to purchase a 2" SP101 and am sure I will also order a set of your grips, possibly Chechen A10s. However, I'd like your input as to which look best with checkering. Your work looks exquisite on your site.

      I don't have anymore Spalted Cherry but can make you some grip panels out of Spalted Maple. I think checkering looks good with Cocobolo. I also can make you some Chechen grip panels. Send me an email at timperkes2@gmail.com if you would like to order. The current lead time is 8 weeks.
